This is a perspective greatly lost watching only pro rider’s highlight reels. This is scary stuff. The video doesn’t start with the incident that lands him in the hospital with a testicular injury. It does set the tone for all that follows.

Did you catch the part where someone tried to make an impossible high speed pass and went flying into the tailings pond 15' below?
This was almost dark comedy there were so many dispiriting elements and wry pieces of laughter spread throughout. The woman at CP2 and kids who kept asking him for a photo or asking mock serious questions about the state of his machine were just brutal.
